Rare since it represents only 6% of the total production of the estate. 

Manual harvest, in whit sorting in the vineyard and the cellar. Pressing on pneumatic press, vinification at 17°C in thermoregulated stainless steel vats, malotactic fermentation is blocked. 20% of the blend is vinified and matured in barrels for 6 months.

Pre-selection grape varieties : 
34% Clairette, 33% Grenache, 33% Roussanne
